Where we ship

We ship to the United Kingdom.

Cost

Delivery is free on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay.

How long it takes

Every EILUNA piece is printed once you order it, so there are two stages to the wait rather than one.

Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days. Delivery takes a further 2 to 3 working days once your order leaves the print facility. Most orders arrive within 10 days of being placed, and often sooner.

Tracking

You will get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your parcel ships.

If your order does not arrive

Email eiluna.clothing@gmail.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. Until a parcel reaches you it remains our responsibility, so if it is lost we will replace it or refund you.
